Company Information

Africare Home Health (“Africare”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides non-medical home care services that are rooted in compassion, cultural respect, and family-centered values. Our website serves as a platform for learning about our services, requesting care, and applying for employment.

Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not use our website in any way that could harm Africare, its clients, caregivers, or partners, or that violates any local, state, national, or international law.

Services

Africare provides non-medical, in-home care including personal care, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation assistance, and related services. These services do not include clinical or medical treatment and should not be interpreted as such.

Services are subject to availability and based on a consultation and care agreement. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

Client Eligibilty

To be eligible for services, clients must:

  • Reside within our service area (currently Summit and surrounding counties in Ohio)

  • Complete a care consultation

  • Agree to a service plan and terms of care

Africare reserves the right to decline services that fall outside our scope, capacity, or values.

Scheduling & Cancellations

We strive to provide consistent, timely care. If a client needs to reschedule or cancel a visit, 24-hour notice is requested. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may impact scheduling priority or service continuation.

Africare reserves the right to reschedule services due to emergencies, inclement weather, or caregiver availability, but will communicate any changes promptly.

Employment and Talent Submissions

Through our Careers and Talent Community pages, individuals may express interest in employment. Submission of your information does not guarantee a job offer. Africare maintains the right to screen, interview, and select candidates based on qualifications and organizational needs. All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a background check before employment.

Privacy and Data Use

All personal information submitted through our website is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy] (link). We respect your privacy and will never sell your information.

Information submitted via lead forms or talent applications is used solely for the purpose of service inquiry, client care, or employment consideration.

Intellectual Property
